BUNGY JUMPING
For those who wish to pump up their adrenalin, the Garden Route coastline offers some exhilarating bridge jumps. Bloukranz Bridge is in the Guinness Book of Records as the highest bungee jump in the world at 216 meters. (Note the size of the lorry crossing the bridge). Even if it is not for you, it is well worth holding your breath and watching others.

Some stats - the free fall takes 5 seconds, the stretching of the Bungy rope takes another 2 seconds. Your body accelerates to around 120mph before decelerating!!

GORGE TRIP
The original non touristic adventure. This trip involves hiking down into the gorge.  At the river we swim  through completely unspoilt indigenous forest and untouched surroundings with the possibility of seeing Vervet monkeys, baboons and birdlife.
It's an all day trip done at your own pace.
